This message is to commend Joann McDermon on her excellent service as our realtor recently.  We purchased and closed on our home in Surf City on 9/8/15 and it would not have been possible without her timely, effective, and gracious assistance.  She is a true professional who is down to earth and will assist with any question or concern what seems like day and night.  The seller's agent was less than helpful and at times seemed to hinder our processes but Joann mitigated the impact of this and made our experience as smooth as could be.  Just wanted to take the time to send a note not only thanking her but also your agency for all the assistance with our new purchase.  I believe a job well done should not go unnoticed and she is truly an asset to your agency. We look forward to working with your agency as we open the house up for rentals in the future. And the surf city office is the best idea ever!  Loved checking in on that side of the island;)
