The St. Regis indoor pool and hot tub may or may not be open for the 2020 season. The outdoor pool will be open.
All "community pools" are managed by HOAs. In normal times, all the pools would be open and operating at full capacity. These are not normal times.
The "phase" of reopening is a fluid issue and has an effect on whether pools are open at all as well as whether they are open but on a REDUCED occupancy mandate. Please modify your expectation accordingly.
Please do not rely completely on any information you get from any source. All information is, at best, a snapshot of today's circumstance. Come prepared to enjoy the beach and the island irrespective of the advertised pool amenity.
Many bars, restaurants, and attractions are operating at reduced capacity, hours, and staff. Be advised.

We reached out to the St. Regis HOA on 1/15/2021 for an update on the indoor pool situation and were told that they didn't have one. At this time, we're hoping that it will open during the summer but we are preparing as if it will not be available. We're very sorry for any inconvenience. 1/15/2021
Under new ownership as of November of 2020, 2414 St. Regis has experienced a significant face lift! With brand new furniture and decor, this 1 bedroom Oceanfront condo will be a year round destination spot for you and your party of up to 5. We as owners yearn to provide our tenants with a unique luxurious beach experience in what is also our second home.
We are already in love with the property and plan to utilize it for when we feel the need for some of our own beach therapy on the north end of Topsail Island. Watching the sun rising over the community pool provides a relaxing experience that is difficult to realistically portray in any photo or video.
We can’t thank you enough for your patronage and even more so for taking care ofit as if it were your own. Your feedback is most important in helping us make this condo a more desirable destination each year.
