Ground level: At the ground level, A Shore Thing has covered parking for 3 cars under the carport area, and a gravel driveway to accommodate an additional 2-3 cars, depending on the size of the vehicle. As soon as you arrive, you can hear the seagulls and feel the salty breeze blow through your hair. To enter the home, go up the stairs on the left side of the home.
First Level: At the top of the stairs, the door is on your right, and the ocean is straight ahead! This first and only level contains all living areas, all 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the beach access, outside shower, and more!
Kitchen: Live like a local and cook your meals in this gorgeous kitchen! Fully equipped with stainless steel and black appliances, plenty of cabinet space, and lots of counter space provided by the bar area, whipping up your favorite dishes will be a breeze! The window over the sink area is a nice touch of natural light to help you ease into your mornings. The washer and dryer is also in this area.
Dining Area: Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area, with room to seat up to 5 people. Utilize the large dining table by serving your meals family-style, or by playing a board game after dinner is finished! Enjoy your first meal of the day basking in the sunlight with a breathtaking view of the ocean.
Living Room: This area features nautical décor with couches and a large TV. With a couch and a love seat, there is plenty of room for everyone to get comfortable while winding down with a movie on the large flat screened TV after a long day on the beach or out on the boat! Open the curtains of the large windows to let in the sunshine and take in the spectacular view!
Bedroom One: In between the living area and the kitchen, there is an entryway that leads you to a small hallway. The first bedroom harbors a set of bunk beds. This room also has a medium sized flat screen TV with cable, closet, and a window perfect for letting in some extra light! This bedroom shares the bathroom next door with the other bedroom on this wing. The bathroom contains a stand-up shower.
Bedroom Two: The second bedroom features a Double sized bed, large dresser, and a medium sized flat screen TV with cable. This bedroom is located off the same hallway as the first bedroom, and shares the same bathroom.
Bedroom Three: The third bedroom contains a Queen-sized bed. This room also holds a medium sized flat screen TV, large dresser, closet, and a sliding glass door. The inhabitants of this bedroom can savor their first cup of coffee of the day leaning against the deck railings with the view of the sunrise over the ocean. This bedroom has an attached bathroom that contains a stand-up shower.
Remote check-in is utilized for this property. Your key code will be sent to you when your property is ready. Linens are provided. Pets are permitted in this property with a pet fee of $175.00(plus tax)per pet, per week. Smoking is not permitted. Maximum occupancy is 7 at any time.
