Please note that as of September 2021, the Villas by the Sea HOA will only allow a maximum of 4 vehicles per unit. Towing is enforced by the HOA.
The pool is open from 10:00am to dusk (as there is no lighting) daily between approximately April 1st and October 31st of each year.

From the beginning we have been very pleased with staff at Treasure Realty-very nice and helpful with any questions we had. 832 Villas Drive - NO COMPLAINTS - clean, spacious (8 adults, 4 children), elevator a blessing, location great, pool great, and beautiful beach. We went at the right time - beautiful weather, temperature just right, not too hot, not too cold. I would highly recommend using Treasure Realty to help with a vacation rental. The beach access is right across the driveway and very easy to get to from the home I do not think you will need a cart since there are stairs to get up and then down over dunes.
