As soon as you open the door the ocean view takes your breath away and you will begin to realize how special this 4th floor top unit condo is. With its vaulted ceilings and skylight it is bright, light and airy and so inviting! You will appreciate the attention to detail throughout this condo. If you enjoy cooking in the kitchen, we have all appliances and cooking utensils along with granite countertops with tile backsplash, Kohler sink and garbage disposal. The living room is beautifully decorated with quality Haverty wood furniture. The love seat and sofa is custom and offers comfortable seating. Open the sliding glass doors to the large oceanfront balcony just made for relaxing and enjoying the peace and quiet of the ocean and all its majesty!! It is not uncommon to see pods of dolphins surfing the waves and pelicans flying from the porch! The oceanfront master suite is beautifully furnished with sliders that open to an oceanfront deck and a queen bed positioned to look out to see the ocean! The master bath offers granite countertops, vanity and an extra wide cast iron tub with white subway tile. The second bedroom is perfect for guests with 2 double beds and guests have their own bath, with 36'' double sink vanity and granite countertop and tile shower with cast iron tub! The Living Room and both bedrooms have Roku TV's. Freshly painted, beautifully decorated, and waiting for your arrival! And as a bonus, also take a moment each night to enjoy the beautiful sunset views of the sound on the front deck of the condo! Book your stay and be ready to not want to leave!!
Easy elevator access to the 4th floor. Rental includes fully equipped kitchen, basic small appliances (microwave, Keurig k-cup coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven), pillows, comforters/bedspreads, Cable TV's, Central heat/air, and more. See below for a helpful list of what to bring with you to your Topsail rental. Please note that your rental does not come with sheets, linens, shampoo, soaps, and paper products.
What to bring: Sheets & Pillowcases, Towels & Washcloths (for bath & kitchen), Paper Towels, Toilet Paper, Beach Towels & Chairs, Bath Soap & Shampoo, Condiments & Spices, Trash Bags, Dishwashing & Dishwasher Detergent, Aluminum/Plastic Wrap, Non-Abrasive Cleanser, Laundry Detergent.
You can rent many of the above listed items through Treasure Realty when making reservations.

relaxing spot
the facility has a few years on it but it is maintained well. this particular condo has many updates. rent this one with confidence, no disappointments. the area is quiet, with no tourist trap areas, and all mom-and-pop type restaurants. the beach is very close and never crowded! the pool was perfect for the kids.

Beautiful vacation.
Our family of five loved this condo and Topsail Island (our first visit). We cannot say enough good things about the condo. The cleanliness, decor, light, and airy high ceilings. Everything felt very new yet home-like. It felt much bigger than a condo due to the layout! We would love to return next year! Thank you to the owners of this place! BEST CONDO- BETTER THAN 5 STARS!
This is 1 of the best condos we have ever stayed in! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Between the view, cleanliness, and organization I can't say enough good things. Loved sitting on the balcony or the couch enjoying the amazing view. Love the skylight and high ceilings that makes it so much brighter and open feeling. Everything is very well cleaned. Hardly any dust, very nice, well kept, sturdy furniture. All the rooms are well furnished and decorated. Kitchen items have organizational dividers and shelving, anything you could need and everything has a place and matches. Light switches are labeled- bonus in our book. This unit is a great location at the complex. Top floor, right beside elevator (didn't work while we were here) Nice pool area and walkway to the beach. The only tiny recommendation I can make is there are no hangers. If you like to hang clothes bring hangers. Would most definitely stay in this condo again! Beautiful condo and beach
This was our first stay in Topsail. The location of the condo is quiet and away from traffic and most stores and places to eat. The top floor view of the ocean and pool was ideal. The pool was clean and well maintained. The condo itself looked to have just been redone. Felt EXTREMELY clean, beautiful decorated, and felt so much bigger than a typical condo.
