Process of Becoming a Tenant
Once you have chosen a property, you must be approved by completing the rental application.
After filling out the rental application, submit your renter's app, along with $40, by one of the following methods:
- Filling out digitally and submitting via email
- Printing and faxing to 910-327-5061
- Scanning and emailing to email@example.com
- Dropping off in our office (located at 1950 Hwy 172, Sneads Ferry, NC 28460)
You will need to call into our office with your credit or debit card number to pay the application fee: 800-762-3961.
Once we receive your application fee of $40 and the application (electronically or by other means), we will process the application.
Once the application has been processed, if you are approved, you must pay the deposit in order to secure the property. If your application is not approved, the property is then available, and we will continue to show it and advertise it. We do not hold properties with an application alone; properties are held only once a deposit has been put down for the property. You can pay the deposit by calling in your credit or debit card number or by dropping off a check or cash to our office.
After the application is approved and the deposit has been paid, we will set up a time for you to come in and sign the lease. You must decide on your move-in and departure dates at that time. (We can fax or email the lease, or you can come in and sign it.)
