Treasure Realty manages a large variety of rental properties--both on Topsail Island and in the fishing village of Sneads Ferry. All of our properties are convenient to both Camp Lejeune and the city of Wilmington. Feel free to stop by our office and pick up keys to see any of our vacant properties. Occupied properties can be seen by appointment. Generally the security deposit is equal to one months rent and the month you move in is prorated.
