A North Carolina native, John spent his childhood summers growing up on Topsail Island at his grandfather’s beach home, where his love for the area began. Working several years at the Topsail Island Yacht Club in Surf City while in undergrad school, he met and became friends with several island property owners and started to grow an understanding of what comes with owning property on a barrier island. He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a degree in Tourism Management, and he has since managed over 100 long-term and vacation rentals in the area. He currently lives in Wilmington with his wife Chelsea. Let John share his knowledge of the island with you!
