Born and raised in Onslow County, Tim spent many summers at the beach with his family. He is Richard's first cousin and Bizz's brother.

After he graduated from White Oak High, where he played football, Tim was off to UNC-Chapel Hill. As soon as he graduated in 1987, Tim's passion for real estate led him back to the market on Topsail, and he's been in the business ever since. He's currently serving as Treasure Realty's Broker in Charge. 

With an extensive background as a real estate investor, buying apartment complexes, purchasing land, and developing property, Tim is undoubtedly the expert you want working for you. In the last couple of years, Tim has invested heavily on Topsail Island, purchasing 24 pieces of property. Tim and his wife, Patty, live in Jacksonville with their two children Carly and Ty, who are both attending Tim's Alma mater, UNC-CH. Not surprisingly, Tim and his family are diehard UNC-CH fans and season ticket holders for the basketball and football games. When the weather is right, they enjoy water sports and playing on Topsail beach. Tim loves his local church, and in the last couple of years, he started a new ministry on Topsail at the Salt and Light Christian Center.
