Richard is a native of Onslow County and a graduate of East Carolina University. He is Treasure Realty's founder, president, owner, and a broker. 

With over twenty-five years of real estate experience on Topsail Island, Richard has brought Treasure to the top of the hill as the number one producer in sales and rentals here. A titan of sales himself, this hardworking business owner hopes to see his team continue to set records annually.
