Kylie helped us find what we believe to be the perfect location for our beach house. We live in Maryland and Kylie willingly became our eyes and ears on Topsail as the house was being built, sending pictures regularly as the process moved along. She worked diligently to answer all of our questions and address our concerns after Hurricane Florence hit the island. There were understandable delays in completing the house, but we were bumping up against the rate lock/settlement deadline. Kylie's excellent relationship with the seller's agent and the builder allowed everything completed on time.

We worked with Kylie to sell our Surf City home. From the very beginning helping us on pricing and staging her advice was spot on. Our house quickly went under contract. We were living in Orlando and Kylie was our eyes and ears in Surf City, always looking out for the property. Hurricane  Florence hit the island and the process slowed. I traveled back and dealt with contractors and insurance adjusters. The buyer was slowed as the home inspector and appraisers had no access to the island. Through all this Kylie kept us informed. She always answered calls and emails quickly and honestly, Even Hurricane Florence could not prevent Kylie from taking this sale to closing. We closed last week.
