A sound side pier is a short walk away and it promises great sunsets, crabbing and estuarial marsh wildlife. Downstairs has a full kitchen and dining area, beautifully decorated with NEW furnishings in the family room and 60” Pioneer plasma TV with 1080P resolution with DVR along with HBO and HD channels for a home theater experience. Also comes with a Wii and includes several classic games with a Netflix account streaming through the Wii. This TV has a 360 degree Polk soundbar along with an elite Pioneer Blu-ray player. These amenities will be enjoyed by the entire family! Downstairs has 3 bedrooms. Room 1 has XL bunk beds. Room 2 has a queen bed, and bedroom 3 has a double bed. Bathroom 1 has a shower/tub combo. The second bath is a half bath. The sleeper sofa is a full sleeper. Eight family members can sleep comfortably downstairs. Also, eleven can enjoy the dining area with 8 at the large table and 3 at the bar. Also, included is a stackable HE washer/dryer. The upstairs has another beautiful full kitchen seating 4 at the table and 3 at the bar. There is additional seating for 4 at the gaming tables for a total of eleven enjoying dining together! The second family room has a 42” Sony LCD TV with a DVD player and HD channels. Enjoy the beautifully decorated area that includes a queen sleeper sofa. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms. Room one has a queen bed. Room 2 sleeps four with a twin over a double bed and a double trundle underneath. Room 3 has a king bed with its own private bathroom. The bathroom has a glassed in shower with a seat. The second bathroom is shared by bedrooms one and two. This bath has double sinks and a large, deep two person jetted tub/shower combo. Upstairs sleeps 10 comfortably. Also, there is a HE washer and dryer. For your outdoor enjoyment, there’s a screened porch up and downstairs. A large deck on the second floor and a third level observation area with 360 views! Downstairs porch has a ping pong table and a hammock. These amenities are sure to bring any family a relaxing vacation on beautiful Topsail Island. This home does not have a land line phone.
