| Greeting from the owner: 312-B is a beautiful Villa Capriani unit we just purchased because of the scenic view of the ocean and the courtyard. You can see two of the pools from our terrace. It has 2 bedrooms with king size restonic bedding for your comfort, it also has 2 queen sleeper sofas. This is a non smoking unit. It has full kitchen plus a lockout with a kitchenette.
