Both lower floors (A) have a six person “Nordic” hot tub on an elevated “Lanai” patio, with unique coffered ceilings, & overlook a beautiful oceanfront setting!  Both upper floors (B) feature a 13’ high cathedral ceiling in the dining/den area, as well as an awesome 13’ flat coffered ceiling in the main living/tower room.  

The View of Topsail has one of the state’s best beach locations, having oceanfront Easter sunrise services & weddings already occurring directly in front of property. This is the main beach strand of “South Topsail”, a family oriented beach hamlet, secluded from the crowds and often having fantastic turquoise water, as beautiful as any east coast sand beach. The island’s most interesting and fun attractions are a very close walking distance in the little beach town where The View of Topsail is located. These include; the famous “Topsail Sea Turtle Hospital”, a miniature golf/putt putt course and arcade, indoor roller skating, a public boating marina/ramp, the island’s very interesting historic missile museum, the landmark Beach Shop Grill and much more. The property overlooks The Jolly Roger Pier, which has great breakfast, hot dogs & ice cream for both anglers and those just interested in fish.   South Topsail’s annual autumn festival is also held within just a couple of blocks.

Moving between floors is easy, using the main sound side stairs, the oceanfront stair tower or by riding one of the property’s six elevators that go to the floors of all the three levels. Each of the three elevators is designated to a specific floor. Each unit has a full living suite on the same level. Within each of these floors, there is an oceanfront master bedroom with a King size bed, surround sound system, spa Jacuzzi bath overlooking the ocean, a sunken floor and enhanced nighttime lighting. There are two sleeper sofas in the living rooms of each of the floors, with each unit sleeping up to 12 people, about 24 per each building/50 total. The middle bedroom has a Queen & a full bed, a cool diamond trey ceiling and very fun atmosphere. The sound side bedroom is actually another master suite, with special elderly friendly features, Queen sized bed, its’ own surround sound, a private “veranda” porch & similar comforts of the oceanfront master bedroom.  There are three surround sound entertainment centers within each of the units, a central outside grilling area, unique night time lighting throughout, great views and many high end finishing touches; such as blends of warm cherry and maple woods with granites and other cool natural stones.

The widow’s watch room has multiple functions, including a theater/entertainment room, a private meeting/media area, wedding reception or about any other needed use.

The homes are extremely comfortable, luxuriously finished and have been built with elderly friendly enhancements and extraordinary safety measures, such as fire sprinklers throughout each building and cutting edge coastal construction. Unlike most beach properties, The View of Topsail also has quite abundant parking.
