further!! This recently renovated beauty has the warm & cozy feeling
to put you right at ease. You’ve selected one of the islands few
condos that have a fantastic panoramic view from the balcony with
Sunsets that are breathtaking over the intercoastal waterway. Your
unobstructed “long view” of the ocean is why you came and you won’t
be disappointed! Each bedroom has its privacy and a great view of
the Atlantic. Most other units do not have the room privacy this has
because of their configuration. The living room is spacious as you
can see from the pictures, so you won’t have any feeling of
claustrophobia. A NO Smoking and NO PET policy makes for an allergy
free experience for those of us that have this sensitivity. For
those of you that have stayed in wooden frame structures and paid
good money, only to have the sound of running water from the showers
and toilets or the annoying sounds of people walking overhead like a
herd of elephants, rest is assured, the only noise you’ll hear from
this concrete and reinforced steel structure is the sound of the
ocean waves. Isn’t that one of the reasons you’re coming to the
beach? To relax, kick back and take the time you earned to de-stress
your self from the other 51 weeks in the year? Our beach is not the
overcrowded ruckus you find at some of the other locations. You’ll
find sea shells that haven’t been picked over 20 dozen times and
your walk will bring you past some of the finest beach houses you
could dream of owning. If you need to stay active this is the place.
NC has some of the best Golf Courses around, it’s a Paddling
Paradise for the kayak/canoe lovers in either freshwater or
saltwater and for the horse lovers Equine Country USA has acres of
trails. Paintball, bowling, auto racing – oval or drag, batting
cages, roller hockey and a Zoo are all available in Onslow County.
For the nature lovers you have one of two facilities on the east
coast that rescues and cares for the endangered Loggerhead sea
turtle in your back yard behind the Topsail Beach Town Hall. Still
need something to do then right in the St. Regis RESORT complex you
have 2 restaurants (for those of you like myself and wife that think
chewing is exercising) 2 tennis courts, a basketball court, kids
playground, fitness center with sauna and two pools! The indoor pool
is heated year round. And if you don’t like exercise you can use the
elevators/lifts to save burning off those calories. So you can see
this isn’t just a summer place either, it would be nice to return to
relax during the off season and still take advantage of the
beautiful stretches of pristine beach, the ocean view from your
living room and the unforgettable sunsets when nature adds her touch
of color. During August, Sept and October you may even see the
Loggerhead turtle hatchlings heading to the open sea along the beach
on one of your daytime or famous moon lit strolls. Oh and don’t
forget to bring the kids.
