There will not be a pool at the Topsail Reef for the 2009 rental season.  We do not know if the Topsail Reef HOA will ever put the pool back.  However the beach has been restored as of 6/1/08 and all the beach access are now in.  We have lowered the rental price to reflect the lack of a pool.  This is the most budget friendly oceanfront vacation spot on Topsail.
