With 8 BIG bedrooms and 7.5 baths, you can comfortably sleep 31 people.  The entire second floor is made up of 3 huge Master Suites.  Each Master Suite has an oceanfront room with a King bed and 27” flat panel LCD TV hanging on the wall.  If these Master Bedrooms aren’t the BIGGEST on the island, the Master Bathrooms definitely are.  The baths come with both an oversized walk-in shower and oversized Jacuzzi tubs.  Two of the Master Suites have a 6 foot tub and the Owner’s Suite boasts a 7 foot tub …BIGGER IS BETTER.

The entire top floor is all living space and dining areas.  This floor is designed for entertaining, with the added bonus of both a huge partially covered deck and a covered porch.   Great views of the Atlantic Ocean and sunsets over the sound are breathtaking.  A 6 person, outdoor Hot Tub is also on this 3^rd floor.  Relax in the hot tub while enjoying the sights and sounds of the Atlantic from one of the best vantage points on the island.  Relax in the air-conditioned Sunroom on the Oceanside of this magnificent house.  The living area has a 42” and 27” plasma TV within sight of the pool table.  The gourmet kitchen has bar seating for eleven and enough cooking space to handle a Thanksgiving meal.  The dining room table sits 10 comfortably on extra-wide imported chairs from Bali.  Cooking is made easier with the 3 ovens, 6 burner range w/ a grill, Advantium microwave/oven, 2 sinks, 2 dishwashers, icemaker, and one of the biggest refrigerators on the market…BIGGER IS BETTER.

Now to one of the featured rooms of the house (and the owner’s favorite)-The Movie Theater.  Sitting on one of the 4 levels of stadium seating, you’ll feel like you’re really at the movies, watching a movie or sporting event on the BIG 120” screen.  This room could easily have been divided into 2 more bedrooms, but the owner said he wouldn’t have enjoyed those bedrooms like he enjoys watching movies and games in his own Theater.  With a mini-fridge and snack station, you can make a whole night of it without leaving the room.  Wait until you see it for yourself….BIGGER IS BETTER.

And of course do not forget about the private  pool that is located between the home and the ocean!
