At this time we only have 33 units that will allow pets on Topsail Island. There is a minimum $200 fee for having a pet in one of these Topsail Island homes. When you choose to bring a pet to one of these home you cannot get the Peace of Mind (P.O.M.) insurance because it does not cover possible damage done by the pet. You must choose the refundable Damage Deposit.
