North Topsail Beach Town Park Just behind the Royal Dunes community Back to the main Topsail Rental Index

This new, public park is located just across the street from many of our new homes that are being constructed in the Royal Dunes community by Alliance Construction.  If you ever get tired of the ocean then just cross the street and enjoy: Volleyball, a large fenced-in playground, full court basketball, a covered picnic area and a gazebo that is great for crabbing.  Just Added (not pictured): lighted tennis courts and bathroom facilities.
