Please note that the amenities listed below are only the most popular amenities that people search for.  All of our homes and condos have: outside shower or hose, air conditioning, washer/dryer, cable or satellite TV, equipped kitchens, and phone service.  (the Topsail Reef and Surf Condos have community washer/dryers).

This amenity icon is for all homes or condos that have access of any kind to a pool.  It includes private heated pools, private pools and community pools. 
This home as a private heated pool.  The pool will be heated in the spring and the fall but remember that it is only possible for most of these pool to be heated to ten degrees over the outside temperature.  There will be a minimum fee for having the pool heated.  This fee varies by property.
This home as a private pool.  Pool will be open when weather permits.
This home is in a community that has a community pool.  Pool open at home owners associations discretion.  Usually from mid April to the end of October.
This home has an outside hot tub.  Hot tubs require an additional fee of at least $70 for activation/cleaning in the Mid and Off season.
This home has an elevator to at least the first floor.
This home will allow you to bring a well behaved, potty trained, domestic animal for a fee of at least $200.
This home has at least one tub that has Jacuzzi jets.
This home has an enclosed outside shower.  Please not that all of our homes have an outside shower or at least a water hose. 
This home has a high speed Internet connection.  Most homes will require that you use your own laptop.  Some homes have wireless connectivity and some homes already have a computer for you to use. 
This home has a gas fireplace.  Fireplace may not be accessible in July and August...It would be silly to have a fire burning when it is 90+ outside.
This home has a gas or charcoal grill for your use.  Please only grill on the ground and not on the decks. 
This home owner is providing a free linens setup for your vacation.
This duplex home has connecting doors in the living room.  Each side of the duplex has a separate security door that can be locked.
This home has a major gaming table or tables.  This could include things like a pool table, ping pong table, foosball table, or air hokey table, swing set. 
This home has at least one bedroom on the same floor as the living room/kitchen/dining.
This home will allow weddings and other gatherings.  These must be approved by Miranda. by calling 800-762-3961.   $1500 refundable security deposit or more and a $500 (or more) non refundable wedding fee applies. 
This home either has a private dock or has access to a community dock.  We cannot guarantee the depth of the water at any give location.  Some docks my be acceptable for boats and some will not.  Some will only work for boats at high tide.
This home was added to Treasure Realty in late 2008 or 2009 and will have its first year with Treasure in 2009. 
Movie Room This home has a room dedicated to watching movies in style.
