 Make all your beach dreams come true! This brand new fabulous
oceanfront home was built and furnished with you in mind. Five bedrooms
and four baths welcome you home. Kick back, relax and have the vacation
of your dreams.
The elevator will make moving in easier and faster. Once on the first
floor you’ll be excited to find a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, a
bedroom with full bath and queen-sized bed, and a professionally
decorated great room with a queen-sized sleeper sofa. You’ll almost
look forward to rainy days in this great family space equipped with a
stereo, large TV, DVD,VCR, board games, books and a movie library. Walk
outside from this level onto a nicely furnished oceanfront deck that’s
just footsteps from the beach. Here you’ll discover the large, hot tub*
waiting to soothe and amuse you all!
Build memories of laughter and fun around an oversized dining room table
and bar stools at the gourmet kitchen island. Mealtimes should be
special on vacation and we’ve done everything we can think of to make it
so. There are oodles of pots, pans, utensils, place settings and all
the appliances you could hope for. There’s a charcoal grill just
waiting for you to prove your culinary skills and mastery over fire to
all! And even a high-chair to make it easier for the youngest of your
family to enjoy a family meal together.
The second floor has two bedrooms furnished for the younger members of
your families with bunk and trundle beds. In the bunk room is where
your kids will find a Sony PlayStation II console. There’s a third
bedroom that serves as the first master suite complete with king-sized
bed, its own private bath and a portable crib. This and the room with a
trundle bed both walk-out to a private oceanfront deck. Here’s also
you will find the full-sized washer and dryer for your
convenience.
The third floor is the pièce de résistance! A beautifully
furnished owner’s retreat, the entire floor is dedicated just to you!
There’s an upgraded TV, DVD and stereo, a relaxing indoor Jacuzzi tub,
full bath with separate shower and king-size bed. You’ll be wowed by
the views of the ocean as you watch the dolphins play from your private
and furnished deck.
Inside and out, we’ve tried to anticipate your every need. If you
must be in touch with the office you will appreciate the high-speed
wireless internet connection and the color fax/printer/scanner. If
you’re playing or relaxing on the beautiful Topsail beach or at the
private community oceanfront pool, you’ll enjoy the beach toys, chairs
and umbrellas waiting for you in the closet downstairs. We’ve even
provided tennis rackets and a basketball to use at the community
recreation park just a short walk down the street. Enjoy a short 200
yard stroll to the fishing pier or a one-minute walk to the restaurant
at Villa Capriani. You’ll be amazed at the fun that can be had!
*There is a $70 fee for opening the hot tub in the off and mid season.
