and kids and a dining area that comfortably seats 12.

one room equipped with two bunks; a master suite (KING) with
adjoining bath and oceanfront deck; and a bedroom with a daybed
and oceanfront deck.
The third floor offers the luxurious owner's retreat
(KING) with an entire floor dedicated to you.
Enjoy a relaxing indoor Jacuzzi tub, a full bath with a
walk-in shower and a private furnished deck. All bedrooms in
this home have TV's.
From your beachfront home everything is
just a short stroll away - you are literally TEN STEPS FROM THE
BEACH, a one-minute walk takes you to the near-by fishing pier,
or the restaurant at Villa Capriani.
