Nothing but luxury awaits in the beautiful 7 bedroom, 6.5 bath home.  This home features many luxuries that will make you stay on Topsail Island an absolute pleasure.  The wrap-around porches, with plenty of seating, will provide the views of the ocean as well as the Inter-Costal Waterway.  HDTV’s in all bedrooms and in the poolside bar.  This is the only home in our program that has a pool with a built in hot tub.  When you get tired of playing in the huge fenced in yard and pool area then you will enjoy the décor in this home.  It is professionally decorated with well above average furnishings.  The two master suites on the 4^th floor are spacious and have Jacuzzi tubs, wet bars and sitting areas.  There is an elevator that goes to all floors, an enclosed outside shower/changing room, a gas fireplace, outdoor speakers and wireless high speed internet.  This home was built in 2006 and 2007 then completely renovated and landscaped in 2009.

 Pool can be heated in the Off or Mid for $350.  Hot tub can be activated for a $120 fee.
