Get ready for the newest home from the owners of 644 Hampton Colony.  The intent behind this new home is to create the biggest and most accommodating home that Topsail Island has ever seen.  This home will have all the amenities of 644 Hampton Colony with three extra bedrooms, a  game room, more kitchen equipment, an elevator, and close to 2000 extra square feet (The entire heated square feet is over 5000!)  The features for this new home are nearly endless:

1)  Bedrooms and Bathrooms:  This home has 9 bedrooms.  Seven of these bedrooms are direct oceanfront, with access to one of the three large oceanfront decks!  Each room will have direct access to one of the 7 1/2 bathrooms and three of the bathrooms will have a two person Jacuzzi tub.   Each bedroom will have cable TV and VCR or DVD. 3)  Living Room and Dining Room:  As you can see from the floor plans, the kitchen, living room, and dining room are all together in a very large open area on the second floor.  The large custom made dining room table will seat many people.  The living room will feature large comfortable couches, a gas fireplace, entertainment center with a 50" flat screen high definition  TV, DVD, VCR, and a house wide stereo system (decks included).
