Amenities:  Walk out the door and to the beach on your private dune crossover and watch the porpoises play.  Get out of the sun under one of four covered decks or enjoy the crossover sitting area.  Not ready to challenge the ocean waves?  Taking a dip in the private heated pool with landscaping and plenty of furniture or the or 8-person hot tub ensures that everyone gets a chance to play in the water.  Enjoy the oceanfront sunrise or sound side sunset from one of the six (6) spacious decks with ample furnishings. Two gated decks provide extra safety and piece of mind. As the day winds down, wash off the salt and sand in the enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Come indoors and stay cool under the ceiling fans and central air throughout the home.  Choose from over one hundred (120) movies in the DVD and video library to watch on one of eight (8) TVs.  PlayStation 2 and its frequently updated game library on the 42” flat screen HDTV with cable is fun for all or loosen up with a Karaoke night on the  three live mikes.  Stereo is throughout the house and on all oceanfront decks.   There are plenty of board games and great books to choose from as well. High speed wireless Internet access is available on the entire property for your laptops. A desktop PC with flat panel monitor is secluded on the third floor with its sweeping sound side views. Bed and Bath:  The third floor boasts a  North Grand Master Suite and South Grand Master Suite.   Each has a king bed, large bathroom with a two (2) person Jacuzzi, cable TV, DVD, VCR, stereo, private sitting area, coffee maker and private deck with sweeping ocean views.    A third floor sound view deck provides unsurpassed intercoastal waterway vistas.  Two (2) oceanfront master suites with California king beds, cable TV, DVD, private bath, ocean and sound side decks are on the first floor.  The kids will delight in the “sleepover” atmosphere of the two (2) sound side bedrooms with pyramid bunk and twin bed with trundle.  Each has cable TV and/or VCR/DVD.  Finally, there is a spectacular sound view bedroom on the second floor with queen bed, deck access, TV and VCR.  Add to this a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room and there is room for twenty-two (22) people.  There is even a crib should you need one. 

 

Living Room, Dining Room and Kitchen:  A veritable wall of glass greets you with awesome ocean views from every vantage point in this spacious second floor open-concept living room / dining room / kitchen.  The spacious living area encourages conversation, books, games and movies but the seven (7) bedroom suites guarantee a quiet respite is available if things get a bit hectic.  Sink into overstuffed sofas and chairs and relax by the gas fireplace.  A 42” flat screen HDTV with cable, DVD, VCR,  iPod docking station, PlayStation 2, Professional Karaoke with three mikes, Wii and stereo with accompanying libraries are yours to enjoy. Great games like Dancedance revolution and Guitar Hero III to name a few.  A large dining room table seats gatherings of families and friends with extra seating at the kitchen island.   The spacious gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances as well as double-oven, two dishwashers, a large refrigerator and a small refrigerator.  Two coffee makers and an espresso maker are also available.  *There is a $70 fee for opening the hot tub in the off and mid season.  $225 to heat pool in the off season.
