located across from Royal Dunes Park. Royal Dunes Park has volleyball,
basketball, a playground, fishing and a walkway to the gazebo in the
sound. This beautiful home features a private heated pool, an 8 person
hot tub, a hot and cold enclosed shower, a private crossover to the
beach with a sitting area in the middle and a large hammock to make your
stay fun and relaxing. With fantastic views of the ocean and sound this
home has all the amenities to fill your vacation with memories that will
last a lifetime. You and your friends and family can sit on one of the
four furnished decks and enjoy the ocean or the sound, or you can come
indoors and stay cool in the air conditioning. While indoors you can
watch television on any one of the 6 TV's, or watch a movie in the
family room and the kids can watch their own movie on a 27 flat screen
Toshiba with a DVD/VCR combo or play a game on Play Station 2 in the
bunk bed room. The family room offers breathtaking views of the ocean
and a 36 flat screen Sony Wega TV. that includes all premium channels
including HBO, Cinemax and The Movie Channel, a stereo and a DVD player.
When it is time for dinner everyone can enjoy the luxurious kitchen,
which is open to the family and dining rooms, it is complete with
granite countertops and stainless appliances. The large dining room
table seats 10 with extra seating (4) at the kitchen island. From the
family room/dining room and master retreat you can step out onto the
upper deck and listen to your favorite tunes on the outside speakers
while sipping your favorite drink and watching the porpoises swim by.
On the 1st level you will find 4 bedrooms that have their own bathroom
and ceiling fan. The two Oceanside bedrooms have amazing views of the
ocean, king beds and 27 flat screen Sony Wega TV's. From any one of the
two ocean side bedrooms, or laundry room, you can step out onto the
lower deck and enjoy the large hammock or the 8 person hot tub and
listen to the waves hit the shore. The two sound side bedrooms also have
amazing views. One of the sound side bedrooms has two bunk beds that
sleep four and a 27 flat screen Toshiba TV. with DVD/VCR combo and a
Play Station 2. The other sound side bedroom has a queen size bed and a
27 flat screen Sony Vega TV. Step out onto one of the two sound side
decks to sit and enjoy fantastic sunsets! The master retreat is located
on the 2nd level and has spectacular views of the ocean, a king bed,
ceiling fan, a large private bath with glass shower and Jacuzzi tub and
a 32 flat screen Sony Vega TV. All king and queen beds have Sealy
Posturepedic pillow top mattresses to make your stay as comfortable as
possible. Add to this a queen sized sleeper sofa in the family room and
there is room for 14 people. Royal Dunes is convenient to the high-rise
bridge, restaurants, shopping and golf.
Dont forget to take a dip in the private heated pool , or just lounge
beside it and soak up the rays.
Finally we have included a computer station complete with high-speed
Internet and printer, unlimited free long distance, a crib, high chair
and grill to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
