Brand new for 2005:  If you love luxury on vacation, you have found the perfect place to immerse yourself in life’s little pleasures.  Once you set foot in this 5 Bedroom house, you will notice that every detail has been taken care of.  Load the trunks into the elevator instead of lugging them up the stairs!  Drop off the kids on the first floor into a boys two twin bunk bed room or the girls into a similar bunk bed room.  The adults have a King and Queen master bedrooms facing the ocean.  All four bedrooms have a private bath and surround the Media Entertainment Room with a Queen sofa sleeper. You will want to watch a DVD movie every night (large DVD library) with the family on the 50”Sony LCD Widescreen HDTV with 5.1 Surround Sound Speakers.   Upstairs, there is another large King master bedroom with private bath with a spectacular ocean view.  The Great room upstairs features a large 36”Sony Flat Screen HDTV with DVD and a whole house music system with outdoors deck speakers also.  The Kitchen is to die for with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and all the gadgets for the gourmet cook in the family. Grill outside with a gas grill if you prefer.   Dine on the granite island or the 10- seat dining table.  Afterwards, relax on the two decks on the back to watch the dolphins frolicking or the blue-green waves lapping on the crystal sand, or sit on the swings in the 2 front porches and watch the sunsets over the sound.  If you prefer, jump into the 6- person hot tub on the first floor deck looking out at the ocean with a cold drink.  For those who just want to lie around, swing on the hammock under the deck shade and take a summer siesta!   Most of you will be out on the beautiful beach building sandcastles memories and searching for that perfect seashell or just soaking the rays on the uncrowded beaches.  When you finally comeback in, just shower in the hot private outdoor shower next to the walkway.  Later everyone can relax in their bedrooms with private TVs or get online with the wireless cable modem if you bring your laptop.  Fax/copy machine provided.  There are games for the whole family to enjoy as well as a Nintendo Gamecube and a PS2 (bring your own too).   If you want to spend an unforgettable week at the beach, this is it!  Bring your grandparents and relatives and friends and enjoy the Carolina Beaches.  You can drive down to Wilmington (30 minutes away) for shopping or enjoying a nice night on the town.  There are many nice local restaurants and shops also.  The house sleeps 18, but you can rent the “sister house” next door at 4416 and double your pleasure for those large family get-togethers!  *There is a $75 fee for activation of the hot tub during the mid and off season.
