From its four furnished decks, this newly constructed beach home affords spectacular views of North Carolina's famed colorful ocean sunrises as well as panoramic vistas of the Intracoastal Waterway and unique sunsets.  A platform deck atop its sand dune provides a setting for that early morning beverage and exhilarating sea breeze.  The private beach access also has a foot bath and private outdoor shower.

This five bedroom residence is beautifully appointed with each room having its own private bath along with cable TV, DVD or VCR.  The rare addition of an elevator in a rental of this size and reasonable price, make it special as well as accommodating, especially for families with members who may welcome this assistance due to some limiting physical condition. 

The family room, with its cozy fireplace, has a complete entertainment center including a large TV as well as a stereo system that can be channeled throughout the house.  Its sleeper sofa along with the sleeper in the main hall on the first floor provides extra sleeping capacity when required. 

The house provides comfortable sleeping capacity for sixteen.  The spacious and beautiful master bedroom suite features a king size bed along with luxurious bath and  private Jacuzzi.  The morning sun bathes this special area of the house generating a sense of expectation of yet another wonderful day in North Carolina.  It also offers two Oceanside bedrooms with queen size beds, a bunk room that has two bunk beds that sleep four, a charming two twin bed room that sleeps two and two roomy sleeper sofas, if needed, one on each floor.

A roomy well equipped kitchen rounds out the house by offering, if you wish, an opportunity to test your culinary skills by utilizing the local fresh seafood.  Dining for ten or more is not a problem for our comfortable dining area.  This of course should not preclude you from exploring the many fine restaurants on the island. 

If you require further enticement: central air, paddle fans throughout, more than ample onsite parking, fishing, boating, biking, turtle and dolphin watching, and great golf!  This is a no-smoking home.

The gas fireplace will be closed from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
