Ocean Ridge, located 1 mile south of the high rise bridge from Snead’s Ferry, boasts quiet beaches, beautiful landscaping and a community pool. Just minutes away, enjoy a free public boat ramp with easy access to the intercoastal waterway, North Shore Country Club, Seaview Fishing Pier, Royal Dunes sound side park, supermarket, shopping and restaurants.
Upon entering the tiled first floor foyer and ascending to the dune top main floor, you’ll realize that this beachfront home is really special! Hardwood floors, 9-foot ceilings with fans and large windows with fabulous ocean views greet you. The great room, with its comfortable couches and chairs is equipped with a 42” Plasma Screen TV with DVD, stereo wired throughout the house, fireplace, and service bar with beverage refrigerator.
For easy entertaining, a breakfast bar connects the kitchen to the great room. The kitchen, with its granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances was designed for the discerning chef with every amenity you’ll need to prepare a great meal. Just off the kitchen is the separate oceanfront dining room with glass on three sides and large dining table.
At day’s end, enjoy the fresh ocean breezes on the large front porch and deck. Relax on one of several rocking chairs or from the hot tub while listening to the surf or music from the porch speakers. The dune crossover to the beach is accessed from this deck lead and a spiral staircase leads to the top floor deck.
On the sound side of the house just off of the main living area are two bedrooms. The first has a king-size bed, TV/DVD and a full bath. The kids will love the second bedroom/game room. It is accessed through double doors directly off of the great room and has a 20” LCD Screen TV with video game and a closet full of board games. This lovely room enjoys ocean views and is equipped with a fold-out couch, and shares a bath with the great room.
As you make your way to the top level of this house you will find four bedrooms. There are two oceanfront master suites with vaulted ceilings. Both have a king-size bed and a sitting area with 24” TV/DVD. Both baths have dual sinks and an oversized shower. There is a Jacuzzi tub for two in one of the suites. Enjoy the great views from each suite or from one of several rocking chairs on the top floor oceanfront deck, accessible from each suite.
The other two bedrooms on the top floor are sound side. Both are furnished with a pyramid bunk bed, a standard bunk bed and TV/DVD. Each has a separate bathroom with tub and shower. Enjoy the sunset on a shared sound side deck.
Other amenities include an outdoor shower with hot and cold running water, gas grill, central air conditioning, Internet access, and ceiling fans in most rooms.  Ping pong table added for 2007.
