Kids of all ages will be delighted to find a closet on this floor filled with favorite board games including a Playstation 2 with a game library.

The spacious second floor is the sunlit comfortable living area. Here we have a charcoal fireplace, 42 inch plasma TV, DVD and stereo components that fill the entire house with your favorite beach music. After a fun day, you can relax with a movie from the video library. The kitchen is graced with granite countertops, large refrigerator, an extra ice maker, 2 dishwashers, a bar sink and oodles of cookware, bake ware and utensils. There is No need to carry bottled water from the grocery as a treatment system with the “world’s best source of water” is at your fingertips. The dining area provides a large dining table and countertop barstools. This level also offers a comfortable den area that also can serve as your 7^th bedroom with a daybed and trundle, television, full bathroom, a private balcony and a beautiful sound view.

The third floor is the pièce de résistance. Two master retreats each offering a king bed, separate sitting area with a queen sofa sleeper, a wet bar, small refrigerator, television, DVD  and separate stereo controls. The bathrooms have a spa tub, a freestanding shower and double sinks. You will be “wowed” as you look over the ocean from this deck and spot dolphin  playing in the surf.

Other amenities include high speed internet access, a weather radio, a charcoal grill area with comfortable outdoor furniture, foosball table, soft tip dart game, and enclosed outdoor hot and cold shower. Just across the street is the North Topsail Beach Park which has something for everyone - playground equipment, a basketball court and a volleyball sand court.
