 Are you and your family and

have found it! This brand new (available May 1, 2004) oceanfront five (5)
bedroom/5.5 bathroom home which sleeps sixteen (16) and has its own
private swimming pool, is the perfect answer. Come and relax and enjoy the
beautiful views of the ocean and sound, as your friends and family gather
together to make lasting memories. This home has all the amenities needed
to ensure a comfortable and relaxing vacation.
Your vacation begins as soon as you drive into the
driveway. You’ll notice that Royal Dunes is a small, private community
that is conveniently located across the street from a park,
 North
Topsail Beach Town Park which has a
gazebo out into the sound, picnic tables, basketball and beach volleyball
courts and a playground area. You can view all this from the two front
porches of your home as you rock in the rocking chairs and are cooled by
the overhead porch ceiling fans. As you head indoors through the bad
weather entrance, you’ll find yourself on the first floor with your choice
of four bedrooms all with their own private bathrooms. The kids will love
the room with pyramid-futon bunks for six (6) that has a TV/DVD and game
station. The adults and/or teenagers will have your choice of a king or
two queen bedrooms. You may decide on the queen bedroom with a view of the
sound or one of the oceanfront bedrooms (King or Queen) with sliding glass
doors onto the deck facing the ocean. The best feature is every bedroom
has its own private bath complete with shower/tub combo and tile floors.
All the bedrooms come with overhead ceiling fans, a TV and are wired for
stereo. The oceanfront outside decks are also wired for stereo, and you
can relax in the hammock and enjoy the music or sleep to the sound of
ocean waves. You may decide to go downstairs and take a dip in the swimming pool, which is supplied with lounge chairs and a hot/cold
enclosed shower. As you re-enter
the house through the tiled mudroom, you can drop the towels into the
washer or dryer and grab a cold drink from the extra refrigerator before
heading upstairs or back to the beach or pool down your private walkway.
As you head up the stairs to the top floor, you enter a
beautiful vaulted room with walls of glass and views that will take your
breath away! The kitchen/dining area is well stocked with all the
amenities of home, and has tiled floors with all major appliances. You can
choose to sit at the large dining room table with seating for ten (10), or
have a quick snack at the high counter bar with hanging pendant lights as
you glance out towards the ocean. You may choose to enjoy the large
top-level Oceanside deck, equipped with table and chairs for sunning or
partying. The living area has 2 sofas (one is a queen sleeper) and two
comfy chairs. The large entertainment unit houses a large TV with
stereo/DVD and speakers. If you need to stay in contact while on vacation,
there is a computer station in the corner, complete with high-speed
Internet, and printer. There is also a tiled half-bath in the
hall for convenience. At the end of the hall is the gorgeous carpeted
master bedroom, with sliding glass doors to the ocean side deck, a king
sized bed, TV, and a large tiled private bath with glass shower and
Jacuzzi tub.
There are extra amenities stored in the storage closet
outside the bad weather entrance for your convenience such as a gas grill,
highchair, beach chairs and pool accessories.
If you have a larger group, an identical home with it’s
own private pool is directly next door, so your group of thirty-two (32)
can vacation together with identical accommodations. Yes – two private
swimming pools for your large group, side by side.
