We named our home “Island Time” in hopes that everyone who visits will be able to slow down to relax in the sun and surf! 

Island Time has:

·         5 Bedrooms –  2 w/ King Bed, 1 w/ Queen Bed, 1 w/ 2 Twin Beds, and

1 w/ 2 Sets of Bunk Beds (1 Bunk is a Twin over Full)

·         Sitting Area with Queen Size Sleeper Sofa

·         4.5 Bathrooms – Master Bath has a Jacuzzi Tub

·         Sun Room – Full Width of the House w/ Ocean Front View

·         Large Family Room w/ Gas Fireplace

·         Full Kitchen w/ Southern Exposure

·         Outdoor Gas Grill

·         Hot Tub on Second Floor Deck

·         Direct Access to Beach

·         Floor Plans and Pictures attached!

·         No Pets Allow

·         No smoking. 
*$75 hot tub fee for opening the hot tub in the off and mid season!
