Located in the exclusive community of Ocean Ridge, this 5 Bedroom, 3 Bath DIRECT OCEAN FRONT home has everything a beach goer could want. Every bedroom provides an ocean view. There are three decks, a hot tub, plus newly a renovated Billiards Room with television and Media Room with large screen TV and surround sound. 

3rd LEVEL
The Vaulted ceilings on the entire 3rd level provide plenty of open feeling and airy space. Enjoy the sunrise and sunset from your private deck off the luxurious master suite. This suite features a king size bed, lounge chair, and is equipped with a television and DVD player. Relax in the master bath with a luxurious 2 person Jacuzzi tub (with ocean views), separate shower and water closet, double sink, vaulted ceilings and Italian marble flooring.

The fifth bedroom sleeps 4 with a twin over full bunk-bed with trundle. This room is also equipped with a television and DVD player.

The mini loft sleeps two with a queen size bed and is equipped with a privacy curtain.

MAIN LEVEL
The main level has hardwood floors, a vaulted ceiling over the dining area, large well equipped kitchen with bar, and a double wood burning fireplace. From the main living area, gorgeous views abound of the ocean from every angle. Two sets of French doors provide access to a large deck, table with umbrella and comfortable seating.  There will be a gas grill at this home. 

The main level also has a full bath directly across from the FOURTH bedroom with queen bed. This room also has a television and DVD player.  

FIRST LEVEL
The first level contains two bedrooms. One King, and one with two twins over twin bunk beds. It has a full bath and laundry room with access to a large covered deck with incredible views. This lower deck has cushioned seating and table, a hammock and a brand new 6 person hot tub. The lower level is also home to a brand new Billiards Room with television/DVD player and second refrigerator. There is also a separate media room with large screen television, DVD player and surround sound.

AMENITIES INCLUDE: TV’s in every bedroom, 5 DVD players, high speed internet access, stereo with surround sound on main level and in Media Room, outdoor speakers on main level deck, gas grill, pack-and-play, high chair, beach chairs, and outdoor shower.
