on Topsail Beach. Recreational
features include a game room with pool table, foosball, soft darts
and a TV with a Sony Playstation II (can be used as a DVD player). Your kids will feel like they
are at the arcade. The massive Oceanside decks allow for resting in
the hammock, relaxing in the hot tub and basking in the sun.
The home has over 4200 square feet on three oceanfront floors that
can all be serviced by an elevator for convenience. The first floor
has four bedrooms, all with their own private full bathrooms and TVs. There are two Oceanside rooms with King Beds (one also has
a crib) and two street side rooms with futon bunks that sleep 6 in
each room. These “kid” rooms will also have a Sony Playstation II.
There is a full size washer/dryer on this floor.
The second floor living area is spectacular, with fireplace, large
screen TV, wet bar, gourmet kitchen and much more. Two sinks, two
dishwashers and an extra icemaker are included in the fully equipped
kitchen area. The large dining table can seat 12 at a time for meals
or card or board games. There are also 4 bar stools for dining at
the island bar. The sound system allows for music to be heard from
every location in and outside the home, with over 16 independent
speakers to allow you to choose which areas of the property you
would like to hear the music. This floor also provides a computer
with high speed internet access as well as a printer, if
you must stay connected while you relax. There is also a bedroom,
with a queen sized Tommy Bahama four poster bed, and a full bath on
this floor, as well as a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. The
most spectacular part of this floor is the large open living area
and its amazing ocean views.
The third, elevator accessible floor has two magnificent master
suites, each having its own king bed, and separate sitting area with
fold out sleeper sofas, where you can read, relax and get away from
the crowd. Watch TV, a movie, or choose a book from the armoire in
the sitting area. The master baths have individual Jacuzzi tubs, a
free standing shower and double vanity sinks. The oceanfront
balconies provide the most breathtaking views. There is an
additional washer/dryer on this floor for convenience for the master
suites.
