| The brand new second pool has finally been installed at this duplex. This is the only duplex on the Island that has a pool on both the ocean and sound side. Feel free to use either the sound side pool or the oceanfront pool. Both pools are shared by this home. The sound/street side pool is small and not heated but it does heat up quickly due to its size. The oceanfront pool is much larger and is heated in the mid season to five degrees above outside temperature. each side!
The home is connected in the living room area by two security doors.
You can rent both sides or just one side. Bedding: 3 Queens, 2
