Recently tastefully redecorated with all new furnishings.  Choose the room you like; the 3^rd Floor has breathtaking expansive views of the ocean and beach from 3 sides and a private balcony for sunrise and sunset views; the Nautical Suite with beautiful oceanfront views and shared balcony or the Tropical Room with those same beautiful ocean views and balcony.  This ocean front property is a great location for being on the beautiful Atlantic Shore with magnificent views of the ocean and sound.  Swim and play in the surf, walk on the shore or take a dip in the pool just outside your door.  This is the only duplex on the Island that has a pool on both the ocean and sound side.  Feel free to use either the sound side pool or the oceanfront pool as both pools are shared by this duplex.  The sound side pool has a waterfall and fiber optic lighting.  All TV’s are HD.
