This former private residence is a rare find with 9 bedrooms and over 6000 sq. ft of luxurious beach living featuring many high end touches not usually found in rental homes.  Each room is well appointed and every bedroom is equipped with a Flat Screen TV w/ DVD.  The ocean side of the home features ceramic tile covered decks for those seeking a little shade and every level of the house leads to the private beach walkway with a one of a kind hot tub on a dune deck overlooking the ocean.  The over-the-top professionally landscaped home includes a private fenced backyard containing: the largest private heated swimming pool on the Island; hot tub; 2 hot & cold outdoor showers, a running waterfall; gas grill; covered outdoor billiards table and abundant deck area to accommodate the sun worshippers.  For the fitness minded there is a treadmill and weight machine in the painted garage.

Upon entering the home you’re met with a two story foyer leading to a spacious and inviting great room (400+ sq. ft.).  Tastefully and professionally decorated this first level offers unobstructed and breathtaking ocean views to watch the dolphins go by.  The great room is equipped with a large 60-inch flat screen HDTV/Blu-ray DVD system (HBO & CINEMAX) & with surround sound, a whole house audio system with ipod adapter that distributes sound to all levels inside and out and a cabinet full of board games.  A large dinning area has a custom 11-foot long pub style table with raised seating providing unobstructed ocean views while dining.  A long counter area provides for extra seating while separating it from the large well-equipped kitchen.  In the kitchen you will find granite countertops, a copper sink, a double sink, side-by-side refrigerator with ice/water dispenser, wall oven & microwave combination, glass cooktop, 2 dishwashers, espresso machine and a large pantry.  Just off the kitchen is a sun filled octagon breakfast nook complete with flat screen TV which sits upon a built-in desk with an all-in-one copier/printer/scanner, the nook is surrounded by windows to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the waves come in and the shrimp boats haul in the day’s catch. This level includes three bedrooms two with Kings and the other with 3 twins of which two are Tempur-Pedic® mattresses. 

The upper floor offers a simulated movie theater experience with a ceiling mounted projector, a 96-inch screen, a surround sound system and a Blu-ray DVD for watching movies at night.  To add to the enjoyment this level includes: a wet bar; an under counter refrigerator; and microwave.

There are four (4) King bed bedrooms on the upper level.  The Oceanfront spacious Master includes a 60-inch flat screen HDTV complete with comfortable La-Z-Boy® and a separate nursery room with crib and a daybed.  The oversized Spa-like master bathroom includes a roomy shower with dual showerheads, bidet and a raised whirlpool tub in an octagon of windows providing some incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean while you relax.

Don’t miss the ultimate kids bedroom with own bath complete with 4 pyramid-bunks and a TV/gaming area with a PS3, Wii and a wall mounted 50-inch plasma TV (so they can hang together away from the adults).  A separate living area with wall painted mural, sleeper sofa, swivel chairs, wall mounted 42-inch LCD TV, wet bar and double queen bedroom.

All levels are Handicap accessible as the home is provided with an elevator with automated self-closing door.

Pool and Hot Tub are open and heated from mid April to mid October depending upon weather.  Dune deck Hot Tub can be activated any other week for an additional $140 fee. (Hot Tub is drained, cleaned and refilled before every guest arrives.)
