Upon entering the home you’re met with a two story foyer leading to a spacious and inviting great room (400+ sq. ft.).  Tastefully decorated with bright beach décor this first level offers unobstructed and breathtaking ocean views to watch the dolphins go by.  The great room is equipped with a large 60-inch flat screen HDTV/Blu-ray DVD system with surround sound, a whole house audio system that distributes sound to all levels inside and out and a cabinet full of board games.  A large dinning area has a custom 11-foot long pub style table with raised seating providing unobstructed ocean views while dining.  A long  counter area provides for extra seating while separating it from the large well-equipped kitchen.  In the kitchen you will find granite countertops, a copper sink, a double sink, side-by-side refrigerator with ice/water dispenser, wall oven & microwave, glass cooktop, 2 dishwashers and a large pantry.  Just off the kitchen is a sun filled breakfast nook complete with flat screen TV which sits above a built-in desk with an all-in-one copier/printer/fax, the nook is surrounded by windows to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the waves come in and the shrimp boats haul in the day’s catch. This level includes three bedrooms two with Kings and the other with 3 twins of which two are Tempur-Pedic® mattresses. 

The upper floor offers a simulated movie theater with a ceiling mounted projector, a 96-inch screen, a surround sound system and a Blu-ray DVD for watching movies at night.  To add to the enjoyment this level includes: a wet bar; a counter top 6 bottle wine cooler; an under counter refrigerator; microwave; and an espresso machine.  There are four (4) King bed bedrooms on this level.  The Oceanfront Master includes a 60-inch flat screen HDTV complete with comfortable La-Z-Boy® and a separate nursery room with crib and a daybed.  The oversized master bathroom includes a roomy shower with dual showerheads, bidet and a raised whirlpool tub in an octagon of windows providing some incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean while you relax.

This home also offers the ultimate kids bedroom complete with 4 pyramid-bunks and a TV/gaming area with a PS3, Wii and a wall mounted 50-inch plasma TV (so they can hang together away from the adults). 

All levels are Handicap accessible as the home is provided with an elevator with automated self-closing door.

During your stay on Topsail Island enjoy the beautiful beaches and everything this finely appointed vacation home has to offer including free weekly linen service, Wireless High Speed Internet access (Bring your Laptop) printer provided, highchair and beach chairs (NO SMOKING OR PETS)

Pool and Hot Tub are open and heated from mid April to mid October depending upon weather.  Hot Tub can be activated any other week for an additional $120 fee. (Hot Tub is drained, cleaned and refilled before every guest arrives.)
