100 ft wide lot, the house provides something very similar to a private beach with
its private beach walkway and plenty of open beach for just your family and
friends. When you are finished with the beach for the day don't forget to enjoy
the relaxation of the recessed 8 person hot tub* offering Ocean views, or just sit
back on the expansive screened-in or sun filled deck and watch the dolphins play.
Bonus features: Big screen 42” plasma TV, TV in every
bedroom, 3 DVDs, and a stereo with outdoor speakers, grill, Hot tub and outdoor
shower (not enclosed).
