New to the rental market in 2007, this 3200 square foot home offers everything you need for your dream vacation.

As you enter you will be greeted by views of the ocean you will remember until you return next year.  The 12 foot ceilings and fully windowed rear wall of the house make you feel as if you are on the edge of the beach for every moment of your vacation. The family room offers a 50” TV with DVD, VHS, stereo with surround sound and a huge comfy sectional sofa. The large walk in kitchen offers a sit down bar for four as well as a table that can seat up to 10.

When you walk out on the large deck you can relax on the Australian Red Wood deck chairs, eat out on the dinner table overlooking the ocean, or swing on the Adirondack  porch swing. The third floor porch is accessible through the two ocean front bedrooms.   End your evening rocking with the stars in rocking chairs that offer an amazing view forty (40) feet above the ocean

You will find The Beach to be one of the least crowded beaches you have ever visited. The end of the walkway offers storage so that you will not have to carry your chairs, buckets and shovels back to the house each day. Also, there is a shower with hot and cold water at the top of the steps as you leave the beach. Here, you will also find a small refrigerator to make getting a drink or snack easier when you are enjoying the beach. You will find an enclosed double shower under the main deck.

The house has a total of four (4) televisions and four (4) DVD players. The top floor master offers a king bedroom, a double-twin bedroom, and a twin-full bunk bed with a pull out trundle. The main floor offers a king bedroom, sleeping a maximum of 11 people.

If you have any bad weather or the kids just want to take a break from the sun, this house offers a game room complete with Air Hockey and Foosball.

Additional items that will make your vacation compete are a fax/copier, wireless cable modem for your laptop, and a library of DVDS.  Master bath features a Jacuzzi garden tub as well as a separate shower and double sinks. There are also 2  individual enclosed garages.

If you will have small children with you, this house provides, at no extra charge, a high chair, pack and play and exersaucer. Also, the decks leading down to the ocean have gates that can be latched to prevent little ones from wandering off.
