“Splash Landing”
 You have landed in Paradise with a splash!
Once you arrive, you will notice that this beach house is unique to
the island. It is the only 4 Bedroom Oceanfront house with a
private heated pool (13’X31’) on the island with a 6-person
hot tub
on the deck. The new owners have also renovated the whole house
(built in 2000) with new paint, carpet, and furniture, and
landscaping along with the watery delights. The kids will love the
pool as much as the “Big Pool” behind the dunes.
Two sitting areas
over the double dunes allow gorgeous views of the ocean or the
pool. The private walkway takes you right to the smooth sandy
beaches where you will find plenty of seashells and almost no
crowds. Sometimes you can catch glimpses of dolphins swimming by the
shore and pelicans feeding. Your favorite spot will be on the 2
covered decks overlooking the pool and the blue-green ocean! You
can relax on the hammock or the swing from the deck also. Catch the
rays by the pool or in the 4 seats in the pool with massaging jets.
The pool is lit at night with changing colors! You will never want
to come back inside with all the outdoor distractions. There is a
private outdoor hot shower next to the walkway. If you get bored
with the water (not likely) you can play basketball in the front or
challenge yourself with Playstation 2 or Nintendo 64games. Many
board games are available also. Fax/Copier provided. Go surfing of another kind online
with the wireless cable modem with your laptop. The
Great room has a 32”HDTV with DVD/VCR with a huge DVD and VHS
library (never have to rent a movie the whole week). Each
bedroom has a TV and most have DVD also. The
Kitchen is well
stocked for the gourmet cook or you can grill out on the gas grill.
There is seating for 8 on the dining table and 4 on the island
counter.
Bedding: Reverse floorplan. All Bedrooms
are oceanfront. Upstairs has
King Master bedroom
with adjacent bathroom. Downstairs, there are 3 large oceanfront
bedrooms. One is a King Master bedroom adjacent to the bathroom.
There is middle room with two full size beds. The Kids bedroom
adjacent to the bathroom has a twin-twin bunk bed and a
full-twin bunk. The Queen sleeper sofa is located in the Great room.
Maximum of 15 persons allowed. No smoking or pets allowed.
Extra special touches abound and you will want to return again and
again. The new owners are beach lovers and found “Paradise” with
this house and will try to make your vacation a memorable experience
also. You will not be disappointed! Ya’ll come back to the
Carolina Beaches!
*$375 fee for heating heating the pool in
the off and mid season. There
is a $75 fee for activation of the hot tub during the mid and off
