The house has two oceanfront decks.  The lower deck is located off the two first level oceanfront bedrooms and has a porch swing for those soft summer nights, as well as several deck chairs for easy lounging while watching kids at play on the beach sand below.  An outdoor shower with hot and cold running water plus a cold water faucet with a "rinsing" hose are also present.  Eight Adirondack chairs provide comfortable seating for both the deck and the beach.

The upper deck is accessed from the dining room and the living room and has a large picnic table, perfect for those early morning breakfasts or late evening dinners, four large rocking chairs and more Adirondack chairs from which you can sip a tall cool drink while enjoying an absolutely magnificent and unencumbered panoramic view of the beach and ocean.

GROUND LEVEL:  There is a 2-car enclosed garage with indoor stairway access to the First Level for easy unloading and moving of luggage and groceries even in inclement weather.  Multiple beach toys, boogie boards and rafts, and beach chairs are stored there for use by guests.

There is also a carpeted bedroom on the Ground Level, with a queen size bed, dresser and nightstand, TV with DVD/VCR player, ceiling fan and it has its own attached full-size bathroom with tub and shower.

FIRST LEVEL:  Enter the First Level and step onto the luxurious carpet throughout.  There are four bedrooms and three full bathrooms with tubs on this level, as well as the laundry room with full-size washer and dryer, which sits in between the two oceanside bedrooms.

The first bedroom is oceanside and boasts a king-size bed, with dresser, nightstand, TV with DVD player, a telephone, ceiling fan, sliding glass door to the lower deck, and its own attached full-size bathroom.

The second bedroom is also oceanside, with a queen-size bed, dresser and nightstand, TV with DVD player, ceiling fan, telephone, sliding glass door to the lower deck, and has its own attached full-size bathroom.

The third bedroom is streetside, and contains a queen-size bed plus 2 bunk beds with built-in drawers, a dresser, and a TV with DVD/VCR player.  It shares a hall bathroom with the fourth bedroom.

The fourth bedroom is streetside, and has a queen-size bed, dresser and nightstand, ceiling fan, and a TV with DVD/VCR player.  It shares a hall bathroom with the third bedroom.

The front door of the house is also on this level, accessed by a set of steps from the parking lot in front of the house.

SECOND LEVEL:  Sweeping panoramic views of the ocean and beach greet you through the sliding glass doors and windows of the second floor.  See the ocean change colors as schools of fish swim by and watch the dolphins at play from the living areas of this level.

The kitchen is large and beautifully appointed, with white countertops and cabinetry throughout, and matching white appliances (refrigerator, new stove and oven, new dishwasher, and a new microwave oven).  Accessories include dinnerware, coffee mugs and drinking glasses for 16, tupperware, wine glasses and corkscrew, a telephone, ceiling fan, pots and pans, cooking utensils, 2 toasters, 2 coffee makers, a blender and so much more - there's even a wok!  See why one guest wrote in the guest book: "The most completely stocked beach rental we've ever stayed in".

The oceanfront dining room seats 8 at the main table plus 4 more at the bar dividing the kitchen and dining room.  There's also a small table and small chairs for the junior set, and a computer desk with high speed internet access and wireless access availability.  A high chair is stored in the Master Bedroom closet, and a sliding glass door provides access to the upper deck.

The newly-carpeted oceanfront living room has chairs, 2 new sofas (one is a sleep sofa), 32-inch TV with DVD/VCR player, a ceiling fan, a gas log fireplace, and a sliding glass door to the upper deck.  There are even games and puzzles for all ages, as well as more games and puzzles stored in the Master Bedroom closet.

The newly-carpeted Master Bedroom is streetside, complete with king-size bed, dresser and nightstands, ceiling fan, telephone, flat-screen TV with DVD/VCR player, ironing board with iron, vacuum cleaner, and it has its own attached full-size bathroom.
