intra-coastal waterway. The deck can be access from the great room
and the sunroom. There is a full bath on this floor.

furnishings. The great room provides a 32" color TV with VCR/DVD
player, games, and books for guests. The sunroom Has a red futon
with plenty of windows overlooking the intra-coastal waterway. A
small table provides the perfect place for your morning cup of
coffee.
The
open kitchen offers a built-in microwave, refrigerator with
icemaker, dishwasher, and disposal. The deck off the kitchen area
overlooks the ocean. Deck furniture is available to enjoy the
