It is located in a cul-de-sac with the intra-coastal waterway as its backyard.  You can view yachts and sailboats from the great room, dining room, sunroom, loft, and all bedrooms. Relax on the front porch in a rocking chair and watch fishing boats, military vessels and occasional dolphin runs from your vantage point of an un-obstructed view of the Atlantic Ocean.  The beach access is directly across the street from the house. Golfing is available at the North Shore Country Club. Hardwood floors, berber carpet, tile, professional decorations add to the elegance of this home.  Amenities also include 3 TVs, VCR, DVD, Sony playstation2, board games, a fully equipped kitchen, a charcoal grill and appliances, including washer and dryer.
