very quite so dogs and kids can relax without fighting the
crowds. The sunsets are unbelievable from the house since you
overlook the canal and intercoastal waterway. There are
numerous ceiling fans throughout the house. All televisions
have expanded cable, and there are 3 stereos for your enjoyment.
It has 2 living areas... great for letting the
kids have their own space.
2 bedrooms have their own private decks
with amazing views of both the ocean and the intercoastal
waterway.
There is a large screened in porch and decking around the entire
home. In addition, you will find a private boat dock and boat
ramp on the premises. Perfect for canoeing, kayaking, jet skis
or for small motor boating. There is
plenty of parking for lots of cars. The lot next door is
undeveloped so it gives additional privacy.
The beach is just across the street and the view
is outstanding!
There are 2 hammocks in the back yard to
enjoy and swing in the breeze.
The chiminea located by the canal adds to the waterfront picnic
atmosphere, so you can have relaxing fires.
A beach umbrella is provided and lots of board games &
poker for both kids and adults. Other amenities
include two beach carts for beach chairs and coolers, children's
crib, children's gates, high chair, four beach coolers, six
beach chairs, bacchi ball, horseshoes, play station 2, five
picnic tables, gas and charcoal grill, 8 cable TVs, 5 DVDs, 3
vcr's, washer /dryer, screened-in porch,
Hot tub, enclosed
showers, and high
speed internet access.
New for 2007: A large pool that is 28'x14' with
lots of decking.
The pool has lots of floatation pieces and
games to have fun with. The pool also lights up to 4 different
colors at night and can put on a light show. There is also a Tiki
Bar that overlooks the pool with seating for eight people. The
bar includes a TV, Stereo, water misters for cooling off,
blinder, sink, refrigerator and is decorated in a Key-West
style.
Bedding 1 king, 1 queen, 1 full, 6 twins, 1
futon. sleeps 13. *There is a $80
fee for opening the hot tub in the off and mid season.
The pool is closed November through
February but can be re-opened for a $150.00 fee.
