It is an ideal location where you can enjoy the beach and also enjoy your private boat –fishing-crabbing dock, private boat ramp and intercoastal access. It is perfect for boating, canoeing, kayaking, jet skiing or just enjoying the views. Relax in the calm tranquil canal water on a float.  There is plenty of parking for cars and boat trailers.  There is also a large enclosed PRIVATE POOL 28’ x 14’ with lots of decking, chairs and loungers to relax in. In addition, enjoy a cool drink or a game on TV at the 8-seat fully decorated and equipped TIKI BAR. The bar has views of both the ocean and intercoastal and has everything you need; expanded cable TV, DVD player, stereo, refrigerator, blender, sink, dart board and lighting.  It is fun for everyone. You can also enjoy the HOT TUB that connects to the Tiki bar and also overlooks both the ocean and intercoastal.

There are more than 700 feet of wrap-around decking and 2 private decks off of 2 of the upper bedrooms. This home has 2 living rooms …… great for letting the kids have their own space, There is also a children’s crib, high-chair, children’s gates, enclosed pet area, beach cart, 8 expanded cable TVs, (a TV in every bedroom plus one in both living rooms and one in the Tiki bar). One TV is a 43-inch high definition TV with a Blu-ray player.  The full equipped kitchen also comes with a gas grill just off of kitchen side door.  The washer and dryer are located on the first floor near the side door to help avoid dragging sand from beach towels through the house.
