The home is brand spanking new and it has breath taking unobstructed ocean views from virtually every room.  You’re less than 200ft. from the ocean.  This home comes with its own oceanfront Gazebo with private beach access.  This home features 5 master bedrooms each with its own tiled Jacuzzi tub and shower.  Each room has its own private deck with stunning views of the ocean and the intercostal waterway.  Each bedroom has its own Sony TV and DVD player with Xbox and Playstation 2 in the kid’s room which has 2 sets of bunk beds.  The other bedrooms have queen size beds.  Wireless high-speed internet access, fax machine, as well as premium movie channels are also provided.  The living room features an L-shaped leather sleeper sofa.  Enjoy the new 42in Plasma T.V. with surround sound.  The Kitchen features granite counter tops and Maytag stainless steel finish appliances.  Washer and dryer also available.  There is also an outside shower with privacy screen for your convenience.  Just bring your beach towels and enjoy fun in the sun at this fabulous beach home designed for your family and friends.  Bedding: 4 Queens, 2 Bunk Beds, 1 Sleeper Sofa.  Sleeps 14.  *There is a $70 fee for opening the hot tub in the off and mid season. No Smoking and No Pets.
*$250 fee for having the pool heated in the Mid and Off seasons. No pools are heated in the summer.
