The kitchen features granite counter-tops, a built-in microwave, dishwasher, disposal, and refrigerator with icemaker.  Dine on a table that seats up to 10 people next to bay windows. Relax on a fold-out queen size sleeper sofa. Watch your favorite movie on a 42” flat screen color TV with VCR/DVD player.  

Downstairs, sleep in 1 of the 4 available Bedrooms with 3 full baths. Bathe in a Deluxe Master bathroom, featuring a 2-person Jacuzzi tub and oversized shower. Surf the internet with fast access.  Additional TVs are available in some bedrooms.  Deck access is available from all rooms. New outdoor deck furniture featuring Adirondack chairs are available to watch the cresting of the ocean waves. 

Washer and Dryer are included. Tile in all Baths, Kitchen, and Foyer. No smoking or pets allowed please. Offers parking for two under the duplex and an outdoor hot/cold enclosed shower.
