A superb choice for those who want plenty of room!  Every room on the two main living levels offers spectacular ocean views!    Upstairs includes a loft with both a queen sleeper sofa and a daybed, 27 inch TV with VCR and DVD.  Two large bedrooms (one with a queen bed and a double futon, the other with 2 twin beds and a pyramid bunk), and 2 full bathrooms are also upstairs.  A large fully equipped kitchen also includes a washer/dryer and pantry.   The two-tiered counter comfortably seats 7 and the dining table seats 8.  The open floor plan, which includes the kitchen, a spacious living room (with sleeper sofa) and dining room, makes for a perfect gathering spot for all of your family and friends.  A half bath is available adjacent to the large living area.  The master bedroom with queen bed is located on the main floor.  Adjacent to the master bedroom is a master bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. There is even a cot in the closet if needed.  The huge deck with a short private walkway to the beach, offers plenty of seating with spectacular ocean views.   If you just happen experience bad weather or if you need a break from the beach, enjoy our recently created two-room game room (on ground level) – complete with table tennis, TV, game table with games, and queen sleeper sofa!   In total, there are 6 cable TVs (one in each bedroom), 2 VCR’s, 2 DVD’s, and a stereo.   The versatile sleeping arrangements of this home will comfortably accommodate 14 guests.  No Smoking or Pets Please.
