This magnificent home has quit a story behind it. The owners of Hollywood Dunes are bringing some of their former life to Topsail Island. Sharon Duvall-Luther is the former wife of Robert Duvall and the Woman responsible for his passion and talent for Tango. Sharon has taught Stars such as Tom Cruise, Nicole Kidman and Richard Gere just to name a few.  She has also danced with Tango Argentina’s lead performers in shows and clubs. The home has been conceived with all of Hollywood’s style in mind. On the first floor atrium you will find memories of movie sets and stars from Hollywood to Nashville. David Luther comes from the TV industry as well, with years in front of the camera as well as behind the camera as a producer/director. It makes for an interesting stay and the Luther’s want you to feel like a star. 

From the moment you come over the bridge the impression begins. Look straight out in front of you and look for the largest home on the Island. This 6,656 Sq. ft. home has 4 floors and sleeps 34 in their own beds. It has 11 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, 3 indoor Jacuzzi tubs, one large outdoor hot tub, 1 fireplaces, 3 in-room mini wet bars and a formal bar that seats 15 with a wine cooler, beer keg cooler, beverage cooler, commercial ice maker, dishwasher, fireplace, TV and double sink. There is also an outside bar and grill, game room with ping-pong, pool and fooz ball. Also for your enjoyment is a large swimming pool with water volleyball. There are televisions in every bedroom  a formal dining room and commercial kitchen on the top floor.  The top floor is the great room with a large screen TV with surround sound. This floor is made for entertaining and will dine 50 guests. 

Once you pull into Ocean Sound Village, a private gated community, you’ll drive up to the furthest north lot. To the left of you there’s nothing but natural beachfront without a house for over 1500’. Since it’s the 1^st lot and it’s at the end of the cul de sac the landscape is wrap-around. You begin to understand the Hollywood Dunes name. It looks like Belair or Beverly Hills with all its palm trees and lush vegetation. As you enter the house be prepared for the WOW Factor. The first thing you’ll see is the 4-story glass Elevator. The front wall is an all glass wall with a water show inside. When you enter the elevator prepare yourself for a ride up the beautifully painted waterfall. Upon reaching the top floor there is etched glass all around with 14 ft. vaulted ceilings and generous large windows. The view is breathtaking.  The top 3 floors all have private balconies that are the width of the house front and back. This home has been designed and appointed for your complete pleasure. In this beautiful home the top floor is incredible with 1700 sq. feet of excellence. It starts off with an all-around glass elevator etched with a Four-story waterfall theme. The room is wide open and laid out to accommodate your needs. There is a full bar with fireplace, massive entertainment center, commercial kitchen, formal dining for up to 50, full balconies on both the Oceanside and sound side with views to take your breath away.
