Sleeps 28 people. Six King beds, two Pyramid bunks w/double trundles (sleep five people each), one bunk bed and two queen sleepers. Playroom includes queen sleeper, games for all ages, Little Tikes toys, children's videos, etc. Large recreation room with pool table, air hockey, Playstation 2,  wet bar and fridge.  If you like the Caribbean, come sit under our palm trees in the vaulted Tiki Great room designed by a movie industry professional. The living room includes plasma TV with surround sound, fire place, and computer with high speed internet access.  Other amenities include 2 highchairs, 2 portacribs, built in baby gates at all stair wells, outdoor swing set and 15' ship-playhouse, outdoor gas fireplace and grill by pool, 11 TV's (9 with DVD and 2 with DVD/VCR, two stereos, video/DVD library, full size washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, walk in pantry, double oven and two dishwashers.  *There is a $70 fee for opening the hot tub in the off and mid season.
