Topsail Island is located in southeast N.C. We are only about a 2 1/2 hour drive from Raleigh and about 2 hours from Myrtle Beach, S.C. Topsail Island is located halfway between Wilmington and Jacksonville (Camp Lejeune), NC. (about 25 miles from either city).

Directions from the south

Take US Highway 17 North or US Highway 24 East to Wilmington. Follow Highway 17 North approx. 30 miles north of Wilmington through Holly Ridge. Four (4) miles from the traffic light in Holly Ridge on Highway 17 North you will come to Highway 172. Turn right onto 172 and proceed four (4) miles. Just before the intersection turn right onto Yopp Drive and enter Treasure Plaza. Just look for the Treasure Realty Rental sign.

Directions from the north

From I-95 take exit 1-40 at Benson. Continue on 1-40 East until you reach exit 408, turn on Highway 210 East to Hampstead. At stoplight turn left onto Highway 17 North. Continue on 17 North approx 16 miles, turn right onto Highway 172 and proceed four (4) miles. Just before the intersection, turn right onto Yopp Drive and enter Treasure Plaza. Just look for the Treasure Realty Rental sign.
